Double Digits, Dynamite Dinners and a New Do

Here's a throwback from our Headway Thanksgiving party in December at Bleu. We couldn't ask for a better group of guys for Tim to work alongside!

And this....is my little man at Shopko. He thought these skittle candy canes made for
satisfactory walking sticks.

Which way to the gym?

Um...we don't know, but we found this neat book tree at the Train Museum!

...outside the Museum is this tower. On top of the tower (look close) are three boys....

Leading up to Christmas, we took turns adding an element a day to our white boards, until we could tell of the story of Christ's birth.  I just love how they are similar, but each their own.

The day we cut our Christmas tree down was freezing and
most kids stayed in the truck most of the time.

Unless breakfast is involved! We enjoyed pancakes and sausage
with Grandma Lo and Grandpa Jer afterwards.

This is the day our brood of five got baptized;
praise the Lord for the grace and mercy He lavishly extends!

Leila with her friend Brooklyn. So sweet!

Gretta turned double digits in December, so we threw her a Hawaiian party.

Here are the girls making headbands and crafts. Being 10 has been a treat!

Another family celebration marked by a cake from Dicks Family Foods in Wrightstown.

If you're happy and you know it put on a smile!

10 years ago we became parents to this lovely lady...
she is a sweet blend of creativity, artistic ability, strong will, and a caring heart.

Uncle Leo, Gretta, and Grandma Marian

Monopoly Deal has become a regular in our house.

Here is Sy Guy practicing his Latin flash cards, determined to get this!!

We watched the play-offs at our friends the Hansen's- great fellowship and food! We brought a piƱata for the kids and since it was wet and cold out, we hung it in the basement. Candy for all!

If you think these two look alike (and act alike, and play alike etc)...

...you should see these too!

Thanks to my new "do", Linds and I are back in the game of twin pranks :)

These goof balls got a hold of my phone!!

Mother-son date at the dentist. Minty "cheese"!

A dear friend gave us this gift for Christmas- we've already played countless games.
And the board even spins!

What should we have for supper? How about Chinese! Lots of take-out, full bellies, AND left overs :)

Dining in for lunch with some more friends!

Tim has been coaching 7th/8th grade basket ball this year, and loving it. GO Eagles!

Only a "before shot" for now, but more to see in the weeks to come!
