....a closer look! We chose this wide tree off of Grandma Nelessen's lot. Our family had gotten sick Christmas Eve, so our morning was one of rest & laundry. We still celebrated the miracle of Christ's birth by having the littlest (Theo this year) put Jesus in the manger scene.

Leila had some money saved up so off we went.
Leila chose La La Loopsy doll and a pajama outfit. Gretta and I loved the pretty dresses and shoes, but Leila insisted on pjs and slippers. She is my one child that will put herself down for naps. She loves sleeping, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised when she was drawn to the pjs!
