February's Finer Moments

Celebrating Valentine's month with this charmer :)
I'm SO thankful God has called us on this journey of almost twelve years together as husband and wife! Some of my favorite things about Tim are how he serves our family and doesn't expect anything in return, how he makes me laugh pretty much every day, and how he is never in a hurry....ever. Life is a lot fuller and a ton more fun being by his side!

The girls had an American Doll fashion show...catwalk music and all. The boys DJ'd and MC'd :)

"Hey Reuel, lets wear those sweaters that look alike, and surprise our mommys!" -Theo

We had the privilege of having our friends 4 kids over for the day while they were away. We had a blast learning a little about our government and voting, and a lot about being goofy!

Kids ate first, then adults :)

My heart almost explodes at this view when I pull into the driveway. Two little 22 month old feet have climbed their way unto the bench and two little bright brown eyes are trying hard to see in the dark who came to visit.

"HIIIII MMMMOOOMMMM!"

I had a before picture of the table with out anyone sitting down. I like this one a lot better! Friends and family about to have a big breakfast before the boys head out with Gampy to a dinosaur exhibit at a near by hall. Yum! And thank you Gampy!

Lou and Leo.

Or Leila and Theo...this duo!

Tim had gone ice fishing, so what better way to spend a Friday night than assembling 20 gluten free, calorie free, crockpot freezer meals?!? Here is the process...

Down to the freezer they went.

And the outcome! So delish! I might do this every month. Keyword: might.

Our homeschool group meets for 6 weeks on and 1 week off throughout the year. During our break week, a group of us went to an extraordinary glass museum in Neenah followed by a mineral and rock museum in Menasha. Fascinating...

....and fun! Nothing got broken. I think all of the moms sighed a breath of relief
as we stepped out of this place!

Leila has a ballet recital coming up, and their uniforms just came in. Leila's is yellow.
Our little buttercup :)

I just got back from a women's retreat with these lovely ladies. From breakfast buffets to uninterrupted sleep and all that was in between, this time of refreshment was what we all needed. God is so good.
